In-Home Rug Cleaning
In-home area rug cleaning is an excellent option to freshen rugs which are light to moderately soiled and do not have intrusive issues such as pet urine. It is important to point out that not all rugs can or should be cleaned in-home. Give us a call so we can go over pricing and have a quick conversation to go over the details.
In-Plant Cleaning
In-plant cleaning is a much more detailed and invasive cleaning process for rugs which have more complex cleaning requirements.
Carpet Pros employs “old world knowledge”, as well as the newest technologically advanced cleaning systems to provide superior results for your fine rugs.
We offer pick-up and delivery services, or you can bring the rug to us at or facility on Westinghouse Boulevard, in southwest Charlotte.
Rugs cleaned at our facility will receive a complete inspection, followed by our safe and thorough cleaning process, designed to achieve maximum results.
Having your rugs cleaned at our facility allows them to receive multiple treatments, thus the most thorough cleaning possible in a safe and controlled environment. Oriental and natural fiber woven area rugs should only be cleaned by a trained professional who understands the sensitive nature of these fine rugs.
It is important to know that natural fiber rugs cannot be cleaned the same way as synthetic wall-to-wall carpeting, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to cleaning them. Great care must be taken to ensure that there is no dye-migration, fading of colors, yellowing or browning of the yarns, shrinking of the backing material, etc.
Another important issue is dry-soil removal and dusting. Natural fiber rugs are designed to hide dry soil and can hold literally pounds of soil without it ever being visible. No amount of vacuuming or conventional cleaning can safely and effectively remove this damaging dry soil.

To get a quote, it is helpful to know the rug’s dimensions and if the rug is made of a natural or synthetic fiber. (You might be able to find this information on a label in one of the corners of the rug.)
We offer a convenient door-to-door pickup service, or you might choose to drop them off at our facility.
